So what happens next?
Once you have ordered a HIP from us, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order has been placed. Your card will be authorized by Google, but not charged until we have reviewed your request and emailed you a second time to confirm that we have initiated all the searches and accepted the payment option of your choice.

Within a day or two of our accepting your order, a Domestic Energy Assessor will be in touch to arrange a day and time to survey your property and produce the required Energy Performance Certificate. 10-14 working days after placing your initial order, you will receive your completed HIP via post or email, depending on which option you choose on the order page – simple and reliable.
